How does it work?

The MILELO Sponsorship Program gives children access to education and creates real future opportunities. Our goal is to promote independence and long-term prospects – not short-term aid or gifts.

A sponsorship ensures that MILELO students receive everything they need for a successful education: learning materials, school uniforms, two nutritious meals per day, safe transportation to and from school by school bus and a clean, protected learning and living environment.

Sponsorship Models

You can choose how you would like to support:

Full Sponsorship
€ 48 per month (covers 100 % of the monthly costs for one child)

Co-Sponsorship
€ 24 per month (covers 50 % of the monthly costs)

Shared Sponsorship
€ 12 per month (covers 25 % of the monthly costs)

All sponsorships are administered through the non-profit organization Education is Light e.V.

The sponsorship can be cancelled at any time in writing without notice.

⁠Fill out the form and send it by email to sponsoring@milelo.de.

⁠Please set up a monthly standing order (Dauerauftrag) for the amount of your selected sponsorship to our bank account.

All sponsorships are administered through the non-profit organization Education is Light e.V.

The sponsorship can be cancelled at any time in writing without notice.

Transparency & Connection

As a sponsor, you remain informed about your sponsored child’s educational journey. You will regularly receive insights into school life and the child’s development through school reports, report cards, class updates, letters or drawings and photos of school activities.

All information and contact are coordinated exclusively through the MILELO school or “Education is Light e.V.” to protect the children.

Clear Rules for Child Protection

The protection and dignity of the children are our highest priority. Direct private contact, private gifts or financial support outside the program and promises of future assistance are not permitted. Personal data such as full names, addresses, photos or sensitive information will not be published. Sponsors are supporters – not decision-makers.
